About Me

I used to have my own domain “crzydjm.com” but due to life getting in the way, my blogging sort of went the way of the dodo. I’m back now, blogging when I can about anything and everything that pops into my head. The writing on here varies from fiction to non-fiction, and really is just about whatever hits me. A good chunk of it is a work-in-progress too.

I’ve been typing up my thoughts on various things since 2004, the year my son was born. I’ve gone through a couple of jobs since then, a couple of states, and a spiritual reawakening. That being said, some of my earlier stuff is a bit rough-around-the-edges and angry. I make no apologies for how I *was*, I only try to improve what I am now and will be from now on.

Feel free to dig through some reviews of books and movies, some general blubberings, and even some zombie-related blabberings

    1. Nice to meet you too! I love the concept of your blog and, when I’ve got some time, plan on digging through all your stories of men and women during wartime. Very cool idea and way to keep the memories going

  1. Hey,

What was the spiritual reawaking you experienced like? I’ve just finished reading a great book by Jed McKenna That blew my mind, it was called Spiritual Enlightenment: The Damnest Thing.

    Though you may enjoy it.

Also, I’d appreciate it if you would check out my blog and see what you thought of it.

    Hope you enjoy it! 🙂

    1. I may have to check out that book sir.

I was raised in the church and drifted away after I left home. Joining a men’s group at our current church, focusing on fatherhood, and dealing with the loss of someone I held in high regard made me stop and reevaluate.
